Introducing our new Head of Aftersales
We are pleased to announce that Richard Keir, long serving Ideaworks team member, is now embarking on his next exciting role within the business, as Head of Aftersales. Richard has been working at the forefront of projects both in the UK and Internationally for more than a decade. He has become a trusted advisor to so many clients and is perfectly suited to maintaining ongoing client relationships and support, in leading this fundamental part of Ideaworks.
Aftersales at Ideaworks encompasses a range of services; offered directly to our long serving, existing client base, as well as new clients who have grown frustrated with their ageing systems, providers, or are simply ready for a change.
We always acknowledge and are mindful of the investment clients make in technology when they commission a new home or superyacht. That investment spans a much greater time period than simply the completion of a construction phase. We have to be around for the long term. That is what we are continuously committing to with our Aftersales offering; a dedicated team that provides peace of mind. A team ready for immediate support and problem solving, day or night. Planning ahead for future upgrades or changes which need to considered and managed. A team who understands the complexities of how technology itself changes, but also the way in which our clients live and use technology changes too.
In his new role, Richard will be leading this dedicated team. A highly experienced group of people that live and breathe aftercare, maintenance, problem solving, quick works, small works, the unforeseen circumstances and the mission impossibles!
It has been incredible seeing Rich’s rise through the business. He is meticulous, calm, unflappable. He never gets distracted by the technology, and has always been entirely focussed on what the client is wanting to achieve. It is a testament to his skills, hard work and dedication, to see Rich’s rise from those early days delivering projects, now through to heading up the team that client’s value the most.
