Team Ideaworks at the Faversham 10k
On Sunday 18th September 13 Ideaworks runners took on the Faversham 10K in aid of Cystic Fibrosis. Some hoping to beat personal goals, others taking on the course for the very first time.
The Faversham 10K has long been a favourite for the Ideaworks team, the start of which is little over a 100m from our head office.
Associate Ian King set the pace and was not only first Ideaworks finisher, but also first place overall, coming in at an impressive time of 36:01.
The event is full of individuals at a range of abilities, and there isn’t any pressure to put in a good time. Some run, some sprint (Ian), while others walk.
Lunchtime runners have become a regular site at our Head Office, and we have seen many others take part in the race in the past. We hope to double the number of ideaworks runners taking part next year, and continue to support the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
