On February 13th, we welcomed industry friends and partners to the top of The Gherkin for the Ideaworks New Year Event 2025, an evening dedicated to connection, collaboration, and celebration.
Against the breathtaking backdrop of London’s skyline, we gathered to recognise the innovation and partnerships that drive our industry forward.
Each year, this event serves as a reminder of the incredible talent and creativity that shape the luxury spaces we design—on land and at sea. This year was no exception. From inspiring conversations to shared ambitions, the energy in the room was nothing short of electric.

Chris Jones
Chris has been at Ideaworks since 1999 after graduating as a Product Designer from Brunel University. He spent the first decade running projects both in the UK and around the world before moving into a management role as the company expanded. The last decade has seen Chris move from operations Manager through to Managing Director with most of his time focused on clients and on enhancing the culture of the company.
