Ideaworks x LPF Window Residency Competition

Take ‘Super-Prime’ Position on Great Portland Street

We are pleased to announce the Ideaworks x Luxury Property Forum Window Residency Competition, an exclusive opportunity for Luxury Property Forum members to showcase their brand in the heart of London.

Situated within our London Experience Centre on Great Portland Street, the residency provides a highly visible, curated platform. The selected resident will occupy our window display for up to four months, both physically through a prominent street-facing installation and strategically by presenting their work to an audience of private clients, interior designers, architects, family offices, and project teams across the super-prime sector.

A Curated Platform in the Heart of Prime Residential London

Great Portland Street occupies a unique position within London’s design landscape, connecting Fitzrovia and Marylebone and serving as a natural meeting point for the architecture, interiors, and development communities.

Our window is a dedicated space for creative and technical expression. Previous residents have included WonderGlass, Mayfair Design District, Gareth Neal, Found, Mamou-Mani Architects, and Fab.Pub.

As a company that delivers integrated technology rather than physical products, we use the residency to celebrate aligned partners and contribute meaningfully to the wider design and innovation ecosystem. Through our partnership with the Luxury Property Forum, we are now offering this residency directly to its members, creating an opportunity to showcase ideas, materials, and innovation within a carefully curated environment.

The Opportunity

The selected entrant, or entrants, will be invited to design and install a bespoke window display within our Experience Centre.

The residency typically runs for three to four months, with residents given creative freedom to develop a concept that reflects their work and perspective. The window itself is divided into three sections, allowing for either a single large-scale installation or three complementary displays, depending on the selected proposals.

We support each residency through a collaborative marketing programme, including:

  • Promotion across Ideaworks and LPF digital channels

  • Feature content across web and social platforms

  • Direct introductions to relevant clients and partners

  • A co-hosted event at our London Experience Centre

This creates an opportunity not only to present work publicly, but to engage directly with a highly relevant professional audience.

A Platform for the Super-Prime Residential Community

Our Experience Centre is regularly visited by private clients, client representatives, architects, interior designers, and project teams involved in luxury residential, marine, and international developments.

The residency creates a physical point of connection between the creative and technical disciplines that define this sector. It is both a public installation and a professional platform.
