Annual Summer Party 2026 - Celebrating the People Behind Ideaworks

At our annual Summer Party, we took the opportunity to celebrate the people who make Ideaworks what it is.

This year's event focused on the stories behind our projects rather than the projects themselves. From delivering complex international collaborations to completing demanding superyacht installations and navigating fast-moving programmes, the past year has been defined by teamwork, adaptability and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

That commitment is reflected in the scale of what our teams achieve. Since January alone, Ideaworks has delivered nearly 2,000 pieces of linear lighting, almost 4,000 products in total,  all designed, manufactured, tracked and shipped across multiple locations throughout Europe.

While the finished spaces and seamless technology are what our clients experience, every project is supported by hours of planning, collaboration and problem-solving across our design, engineering, logistics, project management and installation teams. Behind every completed project is dedication, devotion, and attention to detail, ensuring every aspect is delivered to the highest standard.

The event also recognised colleagues who have gone above and beyond throughout the year, celebrating those whose expertise, collaboration and willingness to help others have made a real difference across the business.
