40 Years in the Making: Ideaworks Day 2026

Ideaworks Day 2026 took place at Chatham Dockyard, bringing our team together for a day of shared perspective and reflection.

Each year, it provides a moment to step away from the pace of live projects and look at the business as a whole. This year, we evolved the format to include a broader range of voices from across the company, offering a more complete view of the disciplines that shape what we do.

Presentations throughout the day explored key areas of the business, including our international presence, technology and innovation, marketing, project coordination, marine, aftersales, and managed lighting supply.

Alongside this, a dockyard-wide scavenger hunt and an evening gathering created space for something equally important, strengthening the relationships that underpin how we work together.

40 Years in the Making
