Ideaworks PRIME Score of 20 for 2025 - A Milestone in Our Ongoing Commitment

Over the past year, Ideaworks has continued to push its sustainability initiatives, driving environmental improvements, strengthening community support, and embedding responsibility across our business. We’re proud to share that these ongoing efforts have been recognised with a PRIME score of 20.

As one of the founders of WE ARE PRIME, our commitment remains clear: to integrate environmental and social responsibility into everything we do. While we recognise that there is always more progress to make, each year brings us closer to a more sustainable and community-focused Ideaworks.

Below is an overview of the key areas that shaped our 2025 PRIME submission.

Sustainability Initiatives

This year, our teams introduced new initiatives and strengthened existing ones to reduce waste and enhance material circularity.

  • Innovating to reduce waste:
Our Supply Team has been trialling new cardboard pallet boxes and exploring alternatives to single-use plastics. These include AV rack bag solutions, which significantly reduce packaging waste.

  • Uniform recycling initiative:
We’ve begun recycling old staff uniforms, diverting them from general waste and giving them a new life as recycled polyester, dust cloths, or as fuel sources (RDF/SRF) in Energy from Waste facilities.

  • Lighting sustainability collaboration:
Through deeper engagement with our lighting supply chain, supported by TM65/TM66 data, we are helping partners improve product sustainability and material efficiency.

Carbon Reduction

We’ve taken major steps this year to reduce emissions across logistics and operations, prioritising smarter transport, greener freight, and optimised workflows.

  • DHL GoGreen participation:
Every kilogram of international freight we send now contributes directly to the use of biofuel in aircraft. As a result, this helps reduce aviation carbon intensity.

  • Road-freight optimisation:
A new coordinated multidrop system for European deliveries reduces the need for multiple single trips, cutting mileage and carbon.

Spreading the Word

The goal of sustainability becomes more possible when shared. So, this year, we focused on transparency, communication, and empowering our team with knowledge.

  • PRIME accreditation now proudly sits alongside our ISO certifications on all key company documentation.

  • We launched quarterly Environmental Newsletters, engaging the entire company with updates, tips, and success stories.

  • We published our second annual CSR Report, now available externally through our website.

Supporting the Community

Giving back remains a cornerstone of our culture, and 2025 has been one of our strongest years yet.

Looking Ahead

These milestones are the result of dedication from across Ideaworks. To everyone involved - thank you.

We are proud of our new PRIME score of 20; however, we’re already focused on what’s next. Furthermore, with new initiatives underway and fresh opportunities to drive impact, we’re determined to aim even higher for 2026.

Together, we’ll continue building a more sustainable, responsible, and community-driven future
